Workstyle Innovation Consortium (WIC)
The Workstyle Innovation Consortium (WIC) is an independent organization established in January 2018 as a sister organization of the Telework ICT Council. Since its founding, the consortium has served as a collaborative platform for companies to explore better ways of working and responding to social and economic change.
In January 2023, the organization changed its name from the Workstyle Reform Promotion Consortium to the Workstyle Innovation Consortium, reflecting an expanded mission. Beyond workstyle reform alone, WIC now focuses on broader structural and organizational challenges facing Japan, aiming to uncover new insights through open discussion and cooperation among member companies.
